Premier Profiles is a brand new recruitment tool developed to benefit both the recruitment agent and the employer.

The service will allow employers to access more talent enabling them to fill positions quicker without having to engage numerous agencies to work on vacancies which typically results in a large amount of admin.

It will also enable recruiters to make more placements and generate new client relationships without having to go through the dreaded sales call process which both agent and employer hate.

It is predicted that by the end of 2010, candidates will be making sure that their agent uses Premier Profiles to ensure they get maximum exposure to the most suitable employers.
